License Agreement
Please read this document carefully. This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Bugoosoft Tech Co., Ltd, the developer of Professional Computer Control. This Agreement supersedes any prior version license and governs your use of the software.

Bugoosoft Tech Co., Ltd exclusively owns all copyrights of Professional Computer Control.

Anyone may use the trial version of Professional Computer Control for 30 days, and the trial version contain all functions of Professional Computer Control. To continue to use this software, you need to buy license. If the customers dont buy license, they can continue to use hardware controlling, but other functions would be limited until you get license.

Once registered, the user is granted an exclusive license to use. Professional Computer Control on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. You need a license for a machine on which the program is installed. The registered Professional Computer Control software may not be rented or leased but can be permanently transferred, if the person who receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is updated, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

The Professional Computer Control trial version may be freely distributed, if the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Professional Computer Control trial version without written permission from the copyright holder.

Professional Computer Control IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PASSWORD, DAMAGES, and LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, de-compile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

COPYRIGHT. The software is owned by Bugoosoft Tech Co., Ltd. and is protected by International copyright laws and treaty provisions.

SOFTWARE SUPPORT. Support will only be provided by e-mail and only on the most current version. Queries regarding the installation and use of the software should be submitted by e-mail to support@bugoosoft.com. Requests for additional features and enhancements should be submitted by e-mail to bugoosoft@ bugoosoft.com. We will attempt to implement all reasonable requests but is not obliged to implement it. If you have questions about buying or updating our products, please Email us at sales@bugoosoft.com.

RESERVATION. Bugoosoft Tech Co., Ltd reserves the right to change the license agreement of the software. Bugoosoft Tech Co., Ltd has the right to change the product as it sees fit Bugoosoft Tech Co., Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice. Bugoosoft Tech Co., Ltd reserves all rights that are not expressly granted here.

Installing and using Professional Computer Control signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Professional Computer Control files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
